Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients in the construction industry through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, and project details.
  • Provide support with order processing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of construction materials, tools, and services offered.
  • Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to inform clients about ongoing projects and updates.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to reporting and analytics for service improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
