Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients in relation to real estate inquiries, services, and properties.
  • Assist clients with property searches, scheduling visits, and understanding local real estate market trends.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of company listings and services to effectively assist clients.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication between clients and agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage referrals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
