The role

You will be responsible for assisting the Product Development team in every aspect of the process from daily adhoc administrative tasks to the sorting and preparation of our garments for fitting. This is a multi-faceted role that requires a dynamic individual with initiative - one who thrives in a fast paced and exciting environment but can remain calm under pressure.

• A positive self-starter who has the interest and curiosity to approach each task with enthusiasm
• A multi-tasker who is able to keep abreast of all your tasks even in a fast-paced environment
• A sense of responsibility and meticulousness to see each task through from beginning to end, even when working remotely
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working with team members

Main responsibilities

• Support product developers during fitting sessions by preparing the garments before and after each fitting session
• Supporting our daily logistical needs via the packing and unpacking of shipment parcels
• Administrative support related to the inputting of garment information, and preparation of garment peripherals (wash care labels etc)
• Assisting us with ad hoc tasks during fitting and buying sessions
• Maintain our online library of garment costing sheets and graded specs

Requirements

• At least 6-month commitment
• Diploma/Bachelors graduate or relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good eye for detail, with a genuine interest in products and understanding how the industry works
• Highly organised and able to multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
