About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive deal conversion and revenue growth for a scaling B2B company.

You'll work directly with the client team, owning the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature. You'll conduct discovery calls, deliver product demonstrations, create tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts with decision-makers. The company provides comprehensive lead intelligence, proven sales frameworks, and clear revenue targets.

What success looks like: 20%+ conversion rate on qualified opportunities with consistent monthly revenue targets. You'll work with established business owners who have genuine buying authority and budget. You'll be part of an integrated revenue team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organisation.
