  • Process supplier bills, credits, and expense claims, ensuring correct coding and approval workflows.
  • Prepare and execute weekly payment runs.

Inventory Accounting (Essential)

  • Manage inventory transactions and adjustments in CIN7.
  • Reconcile CIN7 to Xero regularly to ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise directly with suppliers regarding invoices, statements, and queries.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing and inventory issues.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, adhering to Australian statutory payroll obligations.
  • Maintain payroll records, leave balances, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Australian tax and superannuation requirements.

Month-End Support

  • Perform month-end reconciliations (bank, inventory, balance sheet accounts).
  • Assist with month-end close activities and reporting support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Bookkeeper or equivalent role, ideally in inventory-based or multi-entity businesses.
  • Strong inventory accounting experience (mandatory) and hands-on proficiency with CIN7 and Xero.
  • Solid understanding of Australian bookkeeping standards, payroll, tax, and statutory obligations.
  • High attention to detail, strong reconciliation skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills, with experience liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working remotely with Australian-based teams and managing deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
  • Proficiency with Xero (essential) and Inventory Management System (CIN7 ideal).
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and approval/workflow tools is an advantage.

Work Arrangement & Expectations:
