Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical support.

  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s automotive offerings and industry trends.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with automotive products and customer service software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
