Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to government services and information.
  • Guide users through processes such as application submissions, documentation requirements, and service updates.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of government programs and policies to address client needs effectively.
  • Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately to maintain compliance and provide feedback for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
