This role provides a unique chance to engage with clients who require support in navigating public services, contributing to the efficient operation of government-related functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to government services and information.
• Guide users through processes such as application submissions, documentation requirements, and service updates.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of government programs and policies to address client needs effectively.
• Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately to maintain compliance and provide feedback for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the government or public sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist others effectively.
