  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels including telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, including ticket bookings, scheduling, and changes to itineraries.
  • Provide information on travel routes, shipping options, and cargo services.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operation and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on service offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate advice to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
