  • Handle customer complaints and scenarios professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately to assist with continuous service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer service experiences.

Requirements
