  • Provide high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries regarding products, orders, and services.
  • Assist customers with order processing, product information, and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s manufacturing processes and product offerings to provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly to support service improvement initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
