  • Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding media products and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about subscriptions, content access, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring a positive resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's media offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly to track service quality and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company promotions to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear instructions to clients.
