Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative specializing in the Energy (Oil & Gas) industry. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients in the Oil & Gas industry through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to services, account management, and product information.
  • Support clients throughout their journey, from initial inquiries through to post-sale support.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's services and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and provide tailored solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the Energy, Oil & Gas, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A keen interest in the energy sector and a willingness to learn about industry developments.
