Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Construction Industry. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a strong customer service orientation and are interested in supporting clients in a dynamic and growing sector.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to construction products, services, and project support.
  • Handle order processing, product availability checks, and shipping inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry and the company’s product offerings.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously to facilitate further communication and service improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to address customer needs effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or industrial sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle tough situations with professionalism and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
