Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Real Estate industry. This position offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients navigating the real estate market.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding real estate inquiries.
  • Assist clients with property searches, bookings for viewings, and general inquiries about real estate offerings.
  • Provide guidance on the buying, selling, or leasing process to ensure clients are well-informed.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and available properties.
  • Document all client interactions and maintain detailed records for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
