  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain updated knowledge about the company's biotechnology products and advancements in the field.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for continuous service improvement.
  • Promote a positive customer experience by building relationships and demonstrating product expertise.

Requirements
