This role is geared towards individuals who are passionate about science and technology and want to provide outstanding customer support to clients operating in this innovative sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns related to biotechnological products and services.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, product availability, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain updated knowledge about the company's biotechnology products and advancements in the field.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for continuous service improvement.
• Promote a positive customer experience by building relationships and demonstrating product expertise.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in biotechnology and willingness to learn about the products and industry trends.
