Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their bank accounts, transactions, and financial products.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a positive banking experience for clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of bank products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and contribute to improving service processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and enhance service quality.
  • Adhere to banking regulations and maintain confidentiality throughout customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
