Youβll take ownership of two metrics that are central to where this business is headed:
β’ Organic review rate: move from 1.1% to 4.4% of units sold
β’ DTC conversion rate: move from 0.36% to 1.0%
Reviews build social proof across every channel. DTC conversion is the foundation before we invest in paid acquisition.
This is a role for someone who wants to build systems, not just execute tasks.
Requirements
Experience
β’ 5β8 years in marketing, e-commerce, or digital campaignsβwith progressive ownership of metrics and systems
β’ Hands-on Shopify and Klaviyo experience (or similar email platform)
β’ Strong copywriterβemail, product descriptions, review messaging, brand voice
β’ Search optimizationβGoogle SEO, Amazon keywords, marketplace visibility
β’ Analyticalβreads data, draws conclusions, acts on them
β’ Multi-channelβfamiliar with 2+ of Shopify, Amazon, or retail e-commerce
β’ Excellent English writing and communication, detail-oriented, analytical yet creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
β’ Experience working remotely as independent contractor (non-negotiable)
Technical Skills
Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Canva, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
Shift
Must have prior graveyard-shift experience with U.S. time overlap (non-negotiable)
Education
Preferably graduate from prestigious Universities in the Philippines
Other
Must complete the Client's Skills Test before an interview.
