The Impact of a Product Marketing Specialist at Coupa:
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be a key executor at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, turning insights into assets, data into decisions, and stories into pipeline. You'll roll up your sleeves to build the content, tools, and analysis that keep our go-to-market engine running and our Spend Management solutions winning in market.
Build Content That Converts
Develop and maintain compelling product messaging, decks, battlecards, solution briefs, and customer-facing materials that clearly communicate our value proposition.
Translate product capabilities and customer pain points into crisp, audience-appropriate content for both business and technical buyers.
Design visually polished, on-brand presentations using PowerPoint and other tools that are ready for the field, no polish required downstream.
Drive Pipeline with Data
Pull, analyze, and synthesize pipeline and campaign performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the funnel.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track go-to-market KPIs, content performance, and launch metrics.
Support campaign and launch planning with data-backed recommendations on messaging, targeting, and channel mix.
Execute Go-to-Market Launches
Partner with Product, Demand Gen, and Sales to coordinate product launches and campaign initiatives end-to-end, from asset creation to field readiness.
Maintain launch trackers, project timelines, and cross-functional checklists to keep execution on track.
Contribute to competitive intelligence by monitoring market activity and keeping battlecards and positioning docs current.
Enable the Field
Produce training materials, talk tracks, and enablement resources that help sellers and SDRs communicate value with confidence.
Support onboarding content and ongoing enablement updates as products and messaging evolve.
Leverage AI and Modern Tooling
The Senior Product Marketing Specialist needs the ability to operate as an AI-enabled production engine by running structured AI-assisted research, generating first-pass content drafts, maintaining prompt libraries, and managing repeatable AI agent workflows while enforcing strict source-of-truth validation and quality guardrails.
3–5 years of product marketing, content, or go-to-market experience in B2B SaaS.
Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills, you can build a boardroom-ready deck from scratch.
Hands-on experience with data analysis and pipeline reporting; comfortable working in Salesforce, Excel, or BI tools to pull and interpret data.
Proficiency with modern AI tools and a curiosity about how to use them to work smarter and faster.
Familiarity with marketing and sales tech stacks (CRM, CMS, sales enablement platforms, project management tools).
Solid writing and editing skills, you can turn a rough idea into a crisp, compelling message.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you can manage multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.
A collaborative, can-do attitude, you thrive in cross-functional environments and default to action over analysis paralysis.
Procurement or supply chain domain experience is a plus, but not required—curiosity and a willingness to learn the space matter more.
Preferable to have a Computer Science or Engineering degree.
You'll join a team that values ownership, creativity, and craft. You'll have real visibility into how your work drives pipeline, shapes product perception, and helps customers transform the way they manage spend—and you'll have the tools, teammates, and autonomy to do your best work.
