Eskwelabs is a bespoke Future-of-Work skills provider that designs and delivers high-touch, project-based learning experiences for individuals and teams. We operate as a dual-engine model: Eskwela, our pedagogical foundation rooted in learning science and structured mentorship, and Labs, our innovation engine where we experiment with emerging technologies, real business workflows, and modern tools like Generative AI.
Since 2019, we have supported thousands of learners and partner organizations by bridging the gap between technical capability and human creativity. Our programs mirror real company environments, combining technical rigor, collaborative problem-solving, and a 5:1 mentor-to-learner ratio to ensure meaningful skill development.
As a social impact-driven organization, we exist to bridge human potential with an unpredictable professional landscape. We prioritize long-term learner success, professional excellence, and sustainable impact in everything we build.
We are building a community of talented mentors in the field of business analytics to support, coach, and help our students to prepare them for the future of work. As we envision ourselves to equip our learners in data skills, Eskwelabs Mentors play a vital role in the learning journey of our students as they acquire new skills that they may use in the future of work.
Being part of the mentor pool provides you with access to the monthly updates on mentorship opportunities in Eskwelabs recurring and upcoming projects. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about upcoming projects depending on their skills and availability.
