AI Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a versatile AI Solutions Specialist to lead the charge in designing, building, and deploying custom AI agents across our ecosystem. This isn't just a role for a "user"; we need an architect who can bridge the gap between complex business logic and generative AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of moving beyond simple chat interfaces to create autonomous agents that handle automation, seamless application integration, and high-level creative output.

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture: Design and deploy multi-functional AI agents tailored for specific departments, including marketing automation, UI/UX design workflows, and internal data processing.
  

• System Integration: Connect AI models to existing software stacks (CRMs, ERPs, project management tools) via APIs to create cohesive, automated ecosystems.
  

• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Develop, test, and refine complex prompt libraries using techniques like Chain-of-Thought, Few-Shot prompting, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  

• Workflow Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks and build AI-driven solutions to streamline operations and reduce lead times.
  

• Optimization & Scaling: Monitor agent performance, refine model outputs for accuracy and brand voice, and scale successful pilots into company-wide tools.
