Executive Secretary – Highly Experienced (Remote Position)
We are seeking a highly accomplished and polished Egyptian Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive, top-tier remote administrative support to our senior executive leadership team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, reliable, and indispensable partner with 4–5 years of progressive experience supporting C-level or equivalent leadership within the technology and digital transformation industry. This remote role requires exceptional discipline, digital organization, and the ability to work seamlessly across virtual platforms while maintaining confidentiality and operational excellence.


The selected candidate will be fully responsible for managing complex executive schedules, including organizing, prioritizing, and monitoring all appointments, follow-ups, and strategic activities. This includes ensuring the smooth coordination of the daily executive agenda, preparing leaders for key discussions, aligning internal and external stakeholders, and managing all high-impact engagements with precision. The role also includes handling guest management, coordinating communication with distinguished guests, confirming attendance, arranging meeting logistics, preparing briefing notes, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all invitees.

The Executive Secretary will also be responsible for project coordination, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and communications across technology and digital transformation projects remain aligned and on track. This includes tracking progress, preparing status reports, maintaining updated documentation, coordinating between departments, and ensuring all initiatives flow smoothly under executive supervision.

Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to draft, proofread, and refine high-level emails, presentations, reports, and executive documents in both Arabic and English. The role requires preparing board materials, KPI updates, strategic notes, and supporting the executive team in decision-making processes.

This position demands unwavering discretion and the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with impeccable judgment. The ideal candidate must possess advanced mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), along with strong proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, ClickUp, Trello, Concur, SAP, or CRM systems. Experience working in digital environments and the ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly is essential.
