About Valorx:
Valorx is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our Professional Services Team. This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver passionate about understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. As a key technical expert, you will work closely with clients to assess their requirements, guide them in best practices, and ensure successful solution implementation using Valorx products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand business needs and technical challenges.
  • Design and implement customized solutions using Valorx Fusion and Excel technologies.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for deploying and optimizing Valorx solutions.
  • Assist with solution configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve product offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure that implemented solutions align with client goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in solution implementation, consulting, or technical support.
  • 1+ years of experience with programming languages (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel (Must).
  • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer) are a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
