Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2–6+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and scaling paid acquisition budgets of $20K+ per month across major advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and conversion funnel analytics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Proven experience marketing regulated financial products such as payments, remittance, or fintech services.

Requirements:

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta platforms, TikTok) to drive user growth while maintaining target CAC and LTV.
  • Optimize the full conversion funnel from ad engagement to funded wallet, including landing pages, onboarding, and activation; plan and execute A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer) and develop targeting campaigns and lifecycle initiatives to re-engage users and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Compliance to ensure campaigns meet regulatory requirements and internal policies, and maintain clear, compliant financial messaging.

Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Platforms advertising platforms, and TikTok to drive user growth.

  • Scale user acquisition while maintaining target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) ratios.

  • Optimize the full conversion funnel from ad engagement → landing page → onboarding → funded wallet to improve activation and funding rates.

  • Plan and execute A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging to improve performance metrics.

  • Monitor campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and AppsFlyer.

  • Develop and manage targeting campaigns and lifecycle paid marketing initiatives to re-engage users and drive conversions.

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Compliance teams to ensure all campaigns align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Ensure all marketing communications maintain clear, transparent, and compliant financial messaging, avoiding misleading claims or non-compliant promotions.



  • Requirements

    • 2–6+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably within fin tech or financial services.

    • Demonstrated experience managing and scaling paid acquisition budgets of $20K+ per month across major advertising platforms.

    • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and conversion funnel analytics to optimize campaign performance.

    • Proven experience marketing regulated financial products such as payments, remittance, or fin tech services.

    • Ability to work effectively within compliance and regulatory review processes for marketing campaigns.

    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.

    • Deep understanding of diaspora markets or cross-border remittance ecosystems is considered a strong advantage.

    Bonus Skills

    • Experience in remittance, FX, crypto, or digital payments marketing environments.

    • Experience targeting or marketing to the Nigerian diaspora market.

    • Familiarity with financial promotion compliance regulations in the United States and Canada.

    • Experience optimizing pre-funded wallet or stored-value financial products.
