Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and community engagement across all social platforms.

In this role, you will build brand awareness, drive product adoption, and engage our growing user base in the fin tech space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)

  • 2+ years experience in social media, ideally within fin tech, finance, tech, or startup environment

  • Proven ability to create high-quality content (copywriting, video, design familiarity)

  • Knowledge of financial technology, global payments, digital banking, and compliance tone

  • Experience with analytics and social tools (Meta Business Suite, Hoot suite, Canva, TikTok/IG Creator tools, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and customer-engagement skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
