Roles & Responsibilities

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales within Technology, Software Development, or IT Consulting sectors
  • Proven track record of closing Enterprise deals (Total Contract Value >= $50k USD) and exceeding annual quotas (>= $1M USD)
  • Industry knowledge in technology service models (Staff Augmentation, Agile Squads, Managed Services) and proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • English and Spanish: full professional proficiency (written and spoken)

Requirements:

  • Own revenue goals by converting Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) into signed contracts and closing enterprise deals, while meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings with C-level executives to diagnose technical and business challenges and design premium value propositions in collaboration with Sales Engineers
  • Lead negotiations of legal and commercial terms (SOWs, MSAs) to protect profitability margins and manage partnerships, including strategic alliances and channel sales
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses for enterprise clients, coordinate cross-functional delivery (Delivery, Legal, Finance, Security) to produce high-quality proposals, maintain CRM hygiene, and evolve sales frameworks with AI

As a Client Partner, you will act as a "Trusted Advisor" to C-level executives, translating complex business needs into cutting-edge technological solutions through our core service lines: Agile Solution Delivery (ASD), Talent-as-a-Service (TaaS), and Managed IT Services (MITS).

Key Responsibilities

🎯 Revenue Growth & Sales Cycle Management (Closing)

  • Take full ownership of Tekton’s revenue goals by converting Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) into signed contracts (Closed-Won).
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings with C-level executives, CTOs, and Tech VPs to diagnose critical technical and business challenges.
  • Design and present premium commercial value propositions, coordinating with Sales Engineers to ensure technical viability.
  • Lead the negotiation of legal and commercial terms (SOWs, MSAs) while defending company profitability margins.

🀝 Business Development & Strategic Alliances (Ecosystem) 🀝

  • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for Strategic Partners (e.g., Visa, AWS, Google) to execute joint sales plans.
  • Develop "Channel Sales" strategies where Tekton acts as the core technological implementation arm.
  • Transform personal and institutional relationships into a predictable "Referral Revenue" stream.
  • Represent Tekton at industry events and executive forums to expand our network of influence.

  • Lead the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs/RFIs) for Enterprise clients.
  • Orchestrate internal teams (Delivery, Legal, Finance, Security) to deliver winning, high-quality proposals on time.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (HubSpot), ensuring visibility into pipeline health and win/loss analysis.
  • Evolve sales frameworks by incorporating modern practices driven by AI.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: +4 years of experience in B2B consultative sales within the Technology, Software Development, or IT Consulting sectors.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable history of closing Enterprise deals (Total Contract Value > $50k USD) and exceeding annual quotas (> $1M USD).

  • Industry Knowledge: Solid experience in technology service models (Staff Augmentation vs. Agile Squads vs. Managed Services).

  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • AI-Driven Mindset: You possess a natural curiosity and a 'test-and-learn' approach to artificial intelligence. You are passionate about constantly exploring emerging tools to automate processes, amplify team productivity, and ensure we stay at the cutting edge of revenue operations.

  • Languages: Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) in both English and Spanish.
