Key Responsibilities

Support application enhancements and build projects for logistics platform systems.
Develop and maintain SQL database components and SSIS jobs.
Monitor production systems and analyze performance, outages, and capacity metrics.
Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning and code reviews.
Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve technical issues and deliver enhancements.
Troubleshoot production incidents and implement improvements to reduce technical debt.
