Key responsibilities
Analyse and manage large datasets to optimise multi‑reward advertising campaigns.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with advertisers to ensure campaign success.
Communicate with advertisers to identify new opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
Onboard new advertising partners.
Monitor the competitive landscape and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Provide regular project updates and proactively address any arising issues.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Solid analytical abilities and confidence in working with data and numbers.
Understanding of mobile attribution models and campaign tracking mechanisms.
Entrepreneurial mindset and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, autonomous work approach.
Advanced English language proficiency (B2+ level, both written and spoken).
Preferred qualifications
Experience with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
Knowledge of common advertising models (CPA, CPI, CPE).
Prior experience in the rewarded advertising sector.
