Our client is seeking a Product Analyst to join their team. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional product teams to bring clarity, insights, and data-driven confidence to every product decision, ultimately enhancing the player experience.
You’ll analyze customer behavior, define and improve data collection, and drive experimentation-led product development. By turning complex data into actionable insights, you’ll play a key role in shaping the roadmap, improving user engagement, and optimizing product performance.
This is a remote role with the expectation of regular presence at the Berlin office for key meetings and collaboration.
Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior to influence the product roadmap and decision-making.
Design and evolve tracking concepts to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
Transform raw data into actionable insights that guide product and business strategies.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to enhance data products and streamline outcomes.
Partner with Engineering to define and implement the right data collection requirements.
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to support experimentation-driven product development.
Provide stakeholders with accurate reporting, experiment analyses, and actionable recommendations.
Think creatively to find optimal solutions to complex and often unstructured problems.
Establish a deep understanding of product KPIs and user behavior.
Deliver high-quality dashboards and reports to support product decisions.
Introduce improved tracking concepts that ensure reliable and consistent data collection.
Run and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product features and user flows.
Build strong partnerships with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.
Contribute to developing robust data frameworks for ongoing experimentation and optimization.
5+ years of experience in an analytics role, ideally in product analytics for consumer-facing products (mobile gaming experience a plus).
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL, and collaborative tools (e.g., Google Colab).
Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, AWS) and BI tools (Looker, similar).
Solid foundation in statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex datasets.
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting findings to business stakeholders.
Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Adjust, Amplitude, Firebase) to measure acquisition and engagement.
