Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of marketing, product development, and monetization through data-driven insights. This is a hands-on role where you’ll extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights, build intuitive dashboards, and support decision-making across the business.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, marketing, product, finance, and engineering, while working with modern analytics tools and platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong analytical background, particularly in B2C apps or mobile gaming, to make a direct impact on product performance and user growth.
This is a remote role with the expectation of regular presence at the Berlin office for key meetings and team collaboration.
Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets related to marketing, in-app events, product, and monetization metrics to identify actionable insights.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing, product management, finance, and data engineering to align on objectives, share findings, and drive data-informed initiatives.
Build, model, and maintain reliable datasets that capture key business KPIs while enabling product analysts to make informed recommendations.
Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to monitor business performance and communicate insights effectively.
Conduct advanced analyses such as A/B testing, cohort analysis, and segmentation to optimize user acquisition, product development, and monetization strategies.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the B2C app or mobile gaming industry.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (or similar), and data analysis techniques.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and a proven ability to create impactful dashboards and reports.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams.
Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Adjust, Firebase) to support user acquisition and engagement measurement.
Passion for the mobile app and gaming industry, with an understanding of market trends and player behavior.
