This is a remote position.
We’re hiring a native Chinese-speaking Account Manager to manage and grow partnerships with Chinese mobile gaming advertisers. You’ll own the relationship end-to-end: launching partnerships, driving performance, running ongoing optimizations, and developing long-term client relationships.
This is a fully remote role. Preference for candidates based in Europe (to bridge communication styles between China and European teams), but flexibility is possible for exceptional profiles.
Manage a portfolio of ~7 Chinese gaming advertisers initially (expected to grow; typical account capacity is ~10–12 partnerships).
Lead end-to-end account management: kick-off → launch → ongoing optimization → growth/upsell.
Build strong relationships and trust with Chinese stakeholders through confident, structured Chinese-language communication.
Balance performance outcomes and quality requirements: align internal KPIs with advertiser-side quality expectations (e.g., traffic quality and performance metrics).
Create and optimize multi-reward funnels: adjust payouts, refine reward structures, and adapt funnel structures to improve results.
Run recurring client calls (monthly / quarterly) and maintain consistent day-to-day communication.
Collaborate with internal teams (product/ops/performance) to resolve issues quickly and improve partner outcomes.
Identify upsell opportunities (additional budgets, additional titles) and drive scaling across existing partnerships.
Improve trust and communication with existing Chinese partners.
Unlock growth through higher budgets and new titles (where applicable), scaling partnerships meaningfully over time.
Increase partner prioritization and collaboration cadence.
Native Chinese speaker (spoken and written).
Professional English proficiency (for internal collaboration).
1+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing / account management within mobile gaming or a closely related performance environment.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data and KPIs.
Confident communicator and relationship builder; able to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proactive and autonomous — comfortable working fully remote.
Experience working with Chinese mobile game developers/publishers (or experience at a competitor serving Chinese gaming advertisers).
Familiarity with mobile performance marketing workflows, attribution, and optimization cycles.
Experience with rewarded advertising / incentive funnels / payout structuring.
Work on systems where performance wins are felt immediately by a large user base.
