About the role
We’re looking for aHead of Growthto lead a specialist growth function focused on mobile games.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone with strong experience inmobile gaming growth and user acquisition. You will lead a team of 4 growth specialists and, as Head of Growth, you will be part of the management board, reporting directly to the COO.
The role combines team leadership, strategic ownership, and direct involvement in key client projects. You will help shape growth strategies for mobile games, step into critical accounts when needed, improve delivery quality, and strengthen how the team operates.
Key responsibilities
Lead and develop a 4-person Growth team
Own the quality and direction of growth work across mobile gaming projects
Shape strategies across UA, ASO, monetization, retention, and analytics
Support or lead complex growth audits and strategic client engagements
Step into key accounts where senior expertise is needed
Improve team processes, reporting, and KPI visibility
Contribute to commercial decisions, scoping, and service development
Requirements
What we’re looking for
Strong experience inmobile gaming growth,mobile game UA, or performance marketing leadership
Proven background working acrossmultiple mobile game titles
Deep expertise in at least one key area of growth, with broad understanding across the wider stack
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach
Experience mentoring, managing, or leading others
Ability to operate as a player-coach rather than a pure people manager
Strong pluses
Experience in a mobile games studio, publisher, or specialist agency / consultancy
Knowledge across UA, ASO, monetization, retention, and analytics
Experience building frameworks, improving processes, or setting KPIs
