The purpose of Field Sales Development Manager is to deliver the Annual Field performance goals working with & through your team. Responsible for the management & support of a team of Sales Development Executives (SDE's) you will build their skill base through coaching & training. Maintaining a strong contact across other FSDM's to develop best practice across the Field Sales Teams while working closely with Activation and Reporting colleagues to deliver against agreed KPI's.

Travel requirements: Every month you will travel within the sales geography for meetings with clients and the team you will be managing.
For this role you need to be located in below areas: LA18 up to KA30 & EH48 further north to Stranraer DG9 and across to NE19, NE48, NE4 & NE16, TD9
