  • Develop and maintain structured step-by-step guides, templates, toolkits, and instructional materials; educate and support managers in effective goal-setting and performance conversations
  • Drive the Succession Planning framework, including talent mapping, readiness assessment, and development planning for key roles, and ensure talent pipeline visibility
  • Lead cross-functional alignment for performance and talent initiatives; act as a project manager—own timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution of Talent Development projects; continuously improve frameworks based on feedback and data

Job description

Overview:

We are looking for a strong Talent Development Specialist (Mid+, Senior) to drive and operationalize the company-wide Performance Management and OKR framework.

This role combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution. The specialist will work in close partnership with the Lead of Talent Development, acting as a hands-on project owner who ensures structure, clarity, and accountability across the full performance cycle.

Purpose of the role:

  • Ensure consistency and clarity across all Performance & OKR documentation

  • Develop and maintain structured step-by-step guides for managers and HR

  • Prepare and continuously improve templates, toolkits, and instructional materials to support effective implementation

  • Operationally manage the full performance management cycle (planning, calibration, review, follow-up)

  • Drive the Succession Planning framework and ensure talent pipeline visibility

  • Support leadership in making data-informed talent decisions

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day execution of the company-wide Performance Management and OKR processes

  • Coordinate and administer full performance cycles and ensure adherence to defined timelines and standards.

  • Ensure transparent, data-driven performance processes with proper documentation, dashboards, and reporting

  • Educate and support managers in effective goal-setting and performance conversations

  • Support and implement a structured Succession Planning framework, including talent mapping, readiness assessment, and development planning for key roles

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across performance and talent initiatives

  • Act as a strong project manager: own timelines, stakeholder communication, and execution of Talent Development projects

  • Continuously improve frameworks based on feedback, business needs, and performance data

  • Contribute to leadership and performance-based development initiatives

Required Experience:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning and Development, Performance Management, HRBP, or Organizational Development

  • Hands-on experience implementing or managing OKR frameworks

  • Experience running full performance cycles in a mid-to-large organization

  • Strong project management skills (roadmapping, stakeholder alignment, tracking)

  • Experience facilitating calibration sessions or talent reviews

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to work with metrics and dashboards

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational detail

  • High ownership and accountability

  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

  • Strong communication skills with leadership and managers

Nice to have:

  • Experience in tech, product, or fast-growing environments

  • Experience implementing or optimizing OKR tools

  • Background in succession planning frameworks

  • Certification in OKR methodology or Performance Management

  • Familiarity with change management principles

  • Experience working with HiBob
