Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Triggers, Batch) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Deep experience with managed packages, namespace management, and upgrade strategies
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX) and multi-sandbox deployments
Ability to architect integrations with complex third-party applications; Leankor experience is a plus

Lead the technical strategy for implementing and extending high-scale managed packages, ensuring compatibility with package namespaces and upgrade paths
Develop high-performance Apex and Lightning Web Components that interact with managed package objects and protected metadata
Strategize and execute complex package version updates with impact analysis to ensure zero downtime or regression
Support the CI/CD strategy for deployments involving managed package dependencies across sandbox tiers using Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX
This role is designed for a technical expert can extend and optimize Salesforce managed packages. Leankor experience is a plus but should have a deep understanding of how to build custom layers atop complex third-party applications and manage the technical lifecycle of enterprise-scale managed packages.
Managed Package Architecture: Lead the technical strategy for implementing and extending high-scale managed packages, ensuring custom code remains compatible with package namespaces and future upgrade paths.
Leankor Optimization (Preferred): Architect custom visual workflows and project management extensions within Leankor, leveraging its Kanban, Gantt, and Resource Management components to meet unique enterprise delivery needs.
Advanced Custom Development: Develop high-performance Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Batch) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) that interact seamlessly with managed package objects and protected metadata.
Package Upgrade Management: Strategize and execute complex package version updates, performing impact analysis on custom triggers, overrides, and integrations to ensure zero downtime or regression.
Technical Governance & Namespace Management: Maintain strict adherence to Salesforce best practices regarding Namespace Prefixes, avoiding naming conflicts and ensuring robust error handling across the managed/unmanaged boundary.
UI/UX Customization: Design custom interfaces using Field Sets, Custom Settings, and LWC to provide a bespoke user experience that enhances standard managed package layouts (e.g., customizing Leankor’s Project Setup or Board views).
Complex Data Modeling: Design and maintain intricate data relationships between standard Salesforce objects, custom objects, and managed package entities (e.g., linking Leankor Projects to Salesforce Field Service Work Orders).
DevOps & Deployment: Support the CI/CD strategy for deployments involving managed package dependencies, ensuring stable migrations across sandbox tiers using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
