Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, IT, or equivalent experience)
5+ years of program or large-scale project management experience
Experience leading cross-functional programs and stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and ability to align frameworks
Requirements:
Cross-Functional Oversight – Provide cross-functional oversight to support project managers on core project management activities.
Demand Management – Manage new demands based on priority, scope, timeline, and budget.
Weekly Status Reporting – Aggregate key achievements, RAID logs, risk management, and budget information across the program.
Framework Alignment – Align Waterfall and Agile methodologies and address process disconnects within the program.
Job description
Enterprise Program Manager Location: Chicago, IL (Remote ) Duration: 12+ months
Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Oversight - To support the current Project Managers on the program with cross-functional oversight on all the fundamentals around Project Management.
Demand Mgt - Help manage new demands on the program based on priority/scope, timeline, and budget.
Weekly Status Reporting – Key achievements, RAID log/risk management, and budget management, Consolidate between all areas of the program.
Framework – Address the disconnected methodologies between Waterfall/Agile on this program.
Coordination – Understand the cross-functional programs where there are interlocking dependencies such as resources, cutovers, activities, etc. I.e. Mexico SAP ECC going live at same time as S4 Hana implementations
Meeting Cadence – Attending recurring meetings on program to understand effectivity of them and to suggest streamlining meetings on program to maximize team resource utilization.
Stakeholder Engagement – Manage communications with the stakeholders of the program.
