Paid Media Executive
We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Executive who thrives on performance, data, and building high-impact campaigns that drive real business results.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll play a key role in improving campaign performance, identifying new opportunities, and helping clients scale through smarter, data-driven advertising.

Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, ensuring campaigns are structured effectively and aligned with client goals.
Monitor campaign performance closely, identifying opportunities to improve targeting, bidding strategies, creative, and budgets to maximise ROI.
Use performance data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and make informed optimisation decisions that improve campaign outcomes.
Work alongside senior team members to help deliver campaign insights, performance updates, and optimisation recommendations.
Partner with internal teams such as SEO, client services, and creative to ensure paid media campaigns align with broader digital marketing strategies.
Support campaign reporting and tracking using tools such as Looker Studio, ensuring performance data is accurate and actionable.
Keep up to date with changes across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, bringing new ideas and testing opportunities to campaigns.
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
Strong analytical skills using tools such as GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio
Experience managing budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
A data-driven approach to optimisation and campaign testing
Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Pinterest Ads is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organisation when managing multiple campaigns
