Job description

The Paid Media Execution Specialist supports the demand generation team by building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across paid search and paid social channels. This role focuses on campaign implementation, budget pacing, and performance monitoring to ensure paid media programs run efficiently and scale effectively.

This is a highly execution-focused role designed to increase campaign velocity, testing cadence, and operational efficiency across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.

This role is remote- Mexico

Reports to: Head of Growth

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • 2+ years experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Ads

  • Familiarity with keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign structures

  • Experience executing A/B tests within paid media platforms

  • Strong attention to detail and campaign organization

What Will Make Us Love You

  • Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns

  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM attribution

  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, GTM, or analytics integrations
