Our client is looking for a Property Management Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of their residential real estate portfolio in Florida. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling operational, administrative, and communication tasks within a property management environment.
Their company operates in the real estate investment and property management industry and has experienced steady growth in recent years through the expansion and management of residential assets.
The Property Management VA will play a key role in keeping property operations running smoothly by supporting tenant communications, coordinating maintenance requests, managing documentation, and helping track property-related financial tasks. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, is comfortable following structured processes, and can contribute to improving and updating SOPs when necessary.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and tenants.
Manage daily administrative tasks related to residential property management
Communicate with tenants regarding questions, requests, and follow ups
Assist with tenant screening and tenant related documentation
Coordinate and schedule maintenance services with vendors and contractors
Track rent payments, invoices, and other property management financial records
Maintain organized property documentation and records
Support vendor coordination and scheduling for repairs or property needs
Assist with property related paperwork and operational processes
Work with internal systems to keep property data accurate and updated
Follow established SOPs and suggest improvements when needed
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth day to day operations
Previous experience supporting residential property management operations
Experience communicating with tenants and vendors
Experience handling property management administrative tasks
Ability to track rents, invoices, and property related financial records
Experience coordinating maintenance and service providers
Experience using Rentvine property management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Highly organized and detail oriented
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
Comfortable managing multiple operational tasks simultaneously
Prior experience working in property management, real estate operations, or a similar role
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Experience managing communications with tenants and vendors
High attention to detail when handling property documentation and financial tracking
Ability to work within structured processes and contribute to improving workflows
Strong problem solving and organizational abilities
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
