R2R Associate II

Position Summary

The Financial Master Data Analyst maintains financial master data and supports Record-to-Report (R2R) operations by coordinating manual journal entry (JE) tracking, improving standardization, and reducing incidents. This role will also support the Next Gen SAP program through user acceptance testing (UAT) and launch activities and will participate in reconciliation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial master data mappings; ensure documentation, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
• Track and coordinate manual JE posting activities, including follow-up, status reporting, and standardization opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Track R2R process incidents and coordinate cross-functional root cause analysis and corrective action plans to reduce recurrence.
• Identify and drive efficiency and standardization improvements to reduce manual postings and rework.
• Participate in Next Gen SAP UAT and launch/go-live activities; support stabilization post-launch.
• Support reconciliation activities and related close/process support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Accounting preferred but not required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Knowledge/experience in process improvement initiatives preferred.
• SAP experience and financial master data experience (including mapping) is a plus.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills; able to work across multiple teams to drive outcomes.
