Our platform helps healthcare organizations uncover missed revenue, reduce denials, and eliminate manual work across demographics verification, insurance discovery and verification. We’re growing fast — and we need hungry SDRs to help fuel that growth.

You’ll have all the tools, scripts, and support you need to win. Our easy-to-use CRM and dialing system makes prospecting efficient, and our average rep converts at a 40:1 dial-to-demo ratio!

We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our sales pipeline and support our Account Executives in expanding Nsure’s national footprint.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach

  • Educate prospects on Nsure’s revenue cycle automation platform and value proposition

  • Track all activities accurately in CRM and maintain clean pipeline data

  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-up and professional communication

  • Meet or exceed activity metrics and pipeline generation goals

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience (healthcare or technology preferred)

  • Experience with B2B outbound prospecting and cold calling

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales engagement tools

  • Coachable and open to feedback in a high-growth environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM)

  • Familiarity with insurance workflows, denials management, or reimbursement processes

  • Background in SaaS or enterprise software sales
