Job description

1099 Independent Contractor | 100% Remote | Texas License Required
Nsight Health

Nsight Health is seeking a Texas-licensed Psychiatrist to join our team as a Consultant supporting our Collaborative Care Model (CoCM).

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You’ll have full autonomy over your practice, including setting your hours and managing your caseload. This is a non-treating, advisory position focused on population-based psychiatric guidance in partnership with primary care teams—not direct patient care.

Compensation

Competitive 1099 consultant compensation
Paid per hour or per engagement (structure based on availability)

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
Active, unrestricted Texas medical license (required)
Experience or interest in Collaborative Care Model (CoCM)
Strong communication and consultative clinical skills
Comfortable working in a population-based care framework
