Junior Data Engineer

• Join a growing team focused on data, automation, and analytical intelligence applied to financial consulting;
  
• Lead end-to-end data and analytics projects, including data engineering, modeling, visualization, and reporting automation;
  
• Work with sophisticated clients and complex data environments, both nationally and internationally;
  
• Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams, delivering scalable and robust solutions in regulated industries.
  

Responsibilities:

• Participate in data architecture, pipeline development, and analytics infrastructure initiatives;
  
• Executive activities in large-scale data modeling and warehousing solutions, ensuring quality and efficiency;
  
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau;
  
• Work integrated in technical teams contributing to the delivery targets and meet expectations;
  
• Apply best practices in analytics software development (e.g., version control, CI/CD, automated testing);
  
• Support the Strategy & Finance team by providing data-driven insights and process automation.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (STEM) (preferred);
  
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics project delivery;
  
• Proven experience in data modeling and data warehousing projects;
  
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation tools (preferably dbt or similar);
  

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (mandatory);
  
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and / or AWS cloud technologies;
  
• Python programming skills; experience with Docker, Airflow, or Luigi is a plus;
  
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs;
  
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools;
  
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
