The Opportunity



This is a freelance contract role. There is no base salary. There is no ceiling either.


Digitanity is bringing on independent recruiting contractors to source sales talent on behalf of our clients, and we are paying strong bounties for every successful hire you place.


Bounties range from $2,000 to $10,000 per successful placement depending on role seniority and complexity.


This is not a low-volume, passive role. Sales hiring is performance-driven, and success in this position requires the ability to quickly identify candidates who can actually sell, not just interview well.


You will be expected to work across multiple roles simultaneously, assess candidates based on real performance metrics, and maintain a high standard of quality while operating at pace.


The best recruiters in this environment understand how to evaluate quota attainment, deal size, sales cycles, and consistency of performance, and can separate average candidates from true revenue drivers.


Those who can do this consistently will find significant earning potential in this model.




What You Will Do



As a Digitanity Freelance Recruiter, you will own your pipeline from first outreach through to hire confirmation. Every candidate you submit should be fully qualified and ready to move forward.



  • Source and headhunt sales talent across multiple channels including LinkedIn, outbound outreach, referrals, and professional networks, targeting both active and passive candidates
  • Conduct initial screening calls focused on validating sales performance, including quota attainment, deal size, sales cycle length, industry experience, and role alignment
  • Assess communication skills, presence, and commercial acumen to ensure candidates can operate effectively in client-facing environments
  • Manage your full candidate pipeline within the recruitment platform provided, keeping all records accurate and up to date
  • Attend weekly pipeline calls with the Digitanity team to review progress, align on priorities, and address any blockers
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and client hiring teams
  • Provide timely, clear, and professional communication to candidates throughout the process
  • Operate with both speed and precision, understanding that multiple searches will run in parallel
  • Adhere to all data privacy requirements, GDPR obligations, and NDA terms throughout the engagement




Tooling and Support



You will not be starting from scratch.


Upon onboarding, you will receive access to Digitanity’s recruitment and pipeline management platform, providing full visibility into active roles, detailed job requirements, and real-time candidate tracking.


You will also be issued a Digitanity email address to ensure consistent and professional communication with candidates and clients.

  • Clear onboarding documentation
  • Ongoing collaboration throughout active searches

What We Are Looking For




Experience and Skills




  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for sales or go-to-market roles (agency, in-house, or freelance)
  • Proven track record placing SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, or sales leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics such as quota attainment, pipeline generation, deal size, and sales cycles
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to assess both hard performance data and soft skills during screening calls
  • High-volume mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously
  • Strong self-management, accountability, and responsiveness
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how sales hires impact revenue outcomes




Contractor Requirements


  • Must operate as a registered freelancer or independent contractor in your country of residence
  • Must sign Digitanity’s Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to onboarding
  • Must comply with all data privacy and GDPR standards at all times
  • Must use assigned Digitanity email for all external communications
  • Must be available for weekly pipeline calls and maintain consistent communication
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality across all client and candidate interaction




Compensation


This is a 100% commission-based role with no base salary.



  • Bounty payouts range from $2,000 to $10,000 per successful hire depending on role seniority
  • No cap on placements or earnings
  • Clear payout structure and timelines provided during onboarding


This model is built for performance. Recruiters who can consistently deliver high-quality sales talent will see strong financial upside.
