The Opportunity
This is a freelance contract role. There is no base salary. There is no ceiling either.
Digitanity is bringing on independent recruiting contractors to source sales talent on behalf of our clients, and we are paying strong bounties for every successful hire you place.
Bounties range from $2,000 to $10,000 per successful placement depending on role seniority and complexity.
This is not a low-volume, passive role. Sales hiring is performance-driven, and success in this position requires the ability to quickly identify candidates who can actually sell, not just interview well.
You will be expected to work across multiple roles simultaneously, assess candidates based on real performance metrics, and maintain a high standard of quality while operating at pace.
The best recruiters in this environment understand how to evaluate quota attainment, deal size, sales cycles, and consistency of performance, and can separate average candidates from true revenue drivers.
Those who can do this consistently will find significant earning potential in this model.
What You Will Do
As a Digitanity Freelance Recruiter, you will own your pipeline from first outreach through to hire confirmation. Every candidate you submit should be fully qualified and ready to move forward.
Tooling and Support
You will not be starting from scratch.
Upon onboarding, you will receive access to Digitanity’s recruitment and pipeline management platform, providing full visibility into active roles, detailed job requirements, and real-time candidate tracking.
You will also be issued a Digitanity email address to ensure consistent and professional communication with candidates and clients.
