CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager III opening for our client.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead high-priority, enterprise-level initiatives impacting multiple business units. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, adaptability across Agile and Hybrid delivery models, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex, multi-business projects from initiation through close
Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, forecasts, and schedules
Facilitate requirements gathering and define clear deliverables
Execute formal change control processes to manage scope, schedule, and cost
Monitor performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks; escalate as needed
Build strong stakeholder partnerships and drive cross-functional alignment
Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to ensure successful delivery
Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of proven project management experience
OR equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in complex program structures
Experience working in Agile and Hybrid delivery environments
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with project management tools and standard business software
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing enterprise initiatives in regulated environments
PMP or Agile certifications
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $43.06 to $71.76/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
