Job description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Slovak-Speaking Remote Assistance agent for our prestigious client, Mercendes. This role offers the flexibility to work from home in Greece, allowing you to support our Slovak-speaking clients effectively from the comfort of your own space.

As a key player in our customer support team, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. Your proficiency in Slovak will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service possible. Responsibilities

  • Provide remote assistance to customers in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
  • Guide clients through product inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and participate in ongoing training
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while assisting clients

Requirements

  • A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-office environment

  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer service software
