Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
Assist clients with a variety of questions related to products and services
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system

Provide guidance and support in navigating our services and platform
Gather feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge

Requirements

A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
