Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Representative for Imperial, with the convenience of working from home based in Greece! In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Slovak-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with a variety of questions related to products and services
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
  • Provide guidance and support in navigating our services and platform
  • Gather feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge

Requirements

  • A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated on your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
