We review and analyze client systems and work with them to design and implement solutions that enable our clients to take advantage of the latest technology available.
We are seeking a skilled, highly-motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join the CloudSquad team. As an SDR you will play a key role in identifying, and creating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate interest in our products/services and drive pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and social selling
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales executives to further assess customer needs
Research and understand prospects' businesses, industries, and pain points to effectively position our solutions
Collaborate with marketing to create targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
Continuously refine and improve outbound sales processes and strategies
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications:
Proven track record in outbound sales, prospecting, or appointment setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards achieving goals
Previous experience in a B2B sales environment is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Experience with outbound prospecting in the IT industry
Knowledge of prospecting techniques and tools
