Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled, highly-motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join the CloudSquad team. As a Technical Recruiter you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization with a primary focus on technical positions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers, conducting thorough candidate assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
  

• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  

• Assess and understand candidates' career goals and motivations to ensure alignment with the organization's values and objectives.
  

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, priorities, and team dynamics.
  

• Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and recruitment strategies.
  

• Promote the organization as an employer of choice by effectively communicating its values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
  

• Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and other recruiting forums.
  

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  

• Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  

• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  

• Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the cloud technology or IT industry, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  

• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with recruiting for a startup or SMB in the IT industry.
  

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  

• Ability to assess both technical and soft skills during the interview process.
  

• Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
