  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of CRM systems; NetSuite CRM/ERP experience is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with good time management and accountability.

  • Manage and respond to incoming email and telephone sales enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing, tracking, and following up on quotations, including liaison with suppliers for pricing and delivery arrangements.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales records using CRM and ERP systems.

Job description

Job Description:
The Sales Admin Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Account Executive team in managing customer accounts, enquiries, quotations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This is a remote working position, requiring strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide sales administrative support to the assigned Sales Account Executive and customer group.
-Manage and respond to incoming email and telephone sales enquiries in a timely manner.
-Assist in preparing, tracking, and following up on quotations.
-Liaise with suppliers regarding quotation requests, pricing negotiation, and delivery arrangements.
-Maintain and update customer and sales records using CRM and ERP systems.
-Participate in monthly sales coordinator meetings and provide feedback on operational or customer-related issues.
-Support training and onboarding of new Sales Coordinators when required.
-Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or any related field.
-Self-motivated and results-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Experience or knowledge of CRM systems will be an advantage.
-Experience using NetSuite CRM/ERP is a strong advantage.
-Comfortable working in a remote working environment with good time management and accountability.

Preferred Skills:
-Customer service or sales support experience.
-Attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline.
-Basic understanding of sales operations workflow.

Salary: RM 3000 - RM 3200 ( based on experience )
Working Location : Remote
