Operations Intern – Vietnam

Location: Work From Home (Remote – Vietnam only)
Stipend: ~₫4,380,000 VND per month
Language Requirement: Vietnamese (native proficiency)

About the Role

SummitNext is hiring Operations Interns in Vietnam to manage onboarding and data operations for AI research projects.

Key Responsibilities

Participant Onboarding & Coordination

  • Recruit and onboard participants

  • Explain guidelines in Vietnamese

  • Ensure correct data submission

  • Follow-ups

Database & Data Annotation Management

  • Maintain participant database

  • Support annotation tasks

  • Verify data quality

  • Update records

Marketing & Outreach

  • Promote projects via:

    • University groups

    • Zalo / Telegram

    • Social media

  • Drive recruitment

  • Monitor campaigns

Audio Data Collection

  • Manage audio data collection

  • Validate submissions

  • Ensure compliance

Eligibility

  • Currently pursuing college OR recently graduated

  • Must be based in Vietnam

  • Fluent in Vietnamese

  • Strong network

  • Self-motivated

  • Basic computer skills
